Each year cash incentives awards are presented to students in elementary and junior high school who have exhibited notable academic improvement. High school seniors are presented with a cash incentive and scholarship award. These awards are given to students who have achieved high academic standards.

Through this program we want to instill in our adolescent females the understanding that they are sacred, they are loved, respected and valued by their community. Our aim is to affirm and punctuate for our daughters the positive aspects of passing from childhood to adulthood.

This program is designed to focus on the needs of our youth. Trips, social activities, arts and craft workshops, and sponsoring students in Genesis Dance Program are some fo the avenues explored thus far.

Ladies of Color, Inc. host a Thanksgiving Day Food Drive in which we collect turkeys, can goods and monetary donations.  Before Thanksgiving day we package and distribute baskets of food to families who are in need.

Holiday Angels are Ladies of Color who collect and donate Toys for children ages 1-12 who are less fortunate. The toys will be distributed to various day care centers, shelters, schools and more that are filled with kids and familes that are in need of help.
